RESCUE MISSION OF MAHONING COUNTY
The Rescue Mission produced a program to construct a new addition to the
existing facility on Martin Luther King Blvd. in Youngstown, Ohio. The purpose of the addition is to give additional
shelter and seating for the homeless that are using the facility.

 Their
concern is that during winter months and bad climate conditions they do not have enough space to shelter the amount
of people, which typically grow during those months. They also decided to change the controlled entrance to the facility
as well as create additional restrooms.
The challenge of this project was to blend a one-story design onto a four-story building. We achieved the Rescue
Mission's goals and look forward to the project's construction in the near future. This project was created through
the hard work of Reverend David Sherrard, head of the Rescue Ministry of Youngstown, Ohio.
