RESIDENCE A This amazing and majestic residence is located in one of the prime suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio: Moreland Hills. The residence in its entirety is approximately 22,000 square feet. We at Archi-Tekton were commissioned to help coordinate all the previous additions and remodeling that occurred to the residence, as well as, the designing of future items and projects.

Our specific involvement included some of the following: interior cabinetry, exterior finishes, chimney fenestration, landscape, lighting, entertainment centers and pool design. This project is an on going attempt to produce a one of a kind living environment for our client.

Our client expects the latest and most advanced products during the time of remodeling, which becomes our biggest challenge during every project that we design and detail. We have been with our client for about six years making it our longest on going project. Even though we were not the original architects for the residence, we feel that we know the house more than any other professional involved. We were nationally recognized for this project in Audio Video Interiors, January 1996 edition.
