INTERIOR A This residence consists of a multi-level condominium. The residence was completely renovated in a way that one would not recognize it after the remodeling was finished.

The first floor bedrooms were completely re-designed into one master bedroom suite including his and hers bathrooms. The main stair to the second floor was re-designed into a sculptural 104-inch diameter spiral staircase, constructed of steel plates and tubes.

The second floor was enlarged by extending and reshaping the loft space. This created a larger living area, restructuring the existing attic space into a second floor junior master bedroom suite for guests.

The staircase became the focal point of the overall design. The design is based on a radial scheme which originates from the spiral staircase. Most of the walls in the design are curved in many directions, which create a dynamic and interesting layout for the interior space. All the built-ins were custom made using the latest materials. The entire lighting was re-designed using the most fashionable Italian fixtures.

The details in the space is what made it one of our favorite projects; unfortunately, one cannot capture them in a photograph.
